The Axor Biosystems Lab-in-a-Microplates are made up of 96 independent miniaturized fludic processors.
Each Cell — just 9mm square, with 96 cells per plate — performs 5 process steps without a single moving mechanical part or manual interventions.
Reaction products are pre-concentrated and separated based on charge-to-mass ratios.. The cells in the microplates are pre-loaded with all required reagents for true load-and-go operation.
Up to two sub-components from each reaction can be purified based on their charge-to-mass ratios. The purified product is pipetted out, ready for use in the downstream step.
